  1. What should you expect from your personal trainer?
    The decision to hire a personal trainer is an empowering one. Putting a dedicated
    fitness expert in your corner can get you invaluable expertise and support for
    devising a smart workout strategy, allow you to overcome emotional and physical
    roadblocks, and ultimately give you the real results you deserve.
     

  2. Why should I get a personal trainer?
    You might want to hire a personal trainer if...

    • You're bored with your ongoing workout routines. 

    • You need to be challenged further.

    • You want to learn proper workout form for doing things on your own.

    • You need accountability and motivation.

    • You have a specific illness, injury or condition.

    • You're training for a sport or event.

    • You want supervision and support during your workouts.
       

  3. What questions should I ask my personal trainer?
    Your personal trainer is here to support you! Here are a few questions to
    ask them as you start your training. 

    • How many days per week do I need to be working out?​

    • What should I eat before a workout?

    • What should I eat after a workout?

    • Why shouldn't I do just cardio?

    • Why don't my workouts ever get easier?

    • Which diet is the best for my end goal?
       

  4. How do I know if personal training is right for me?
    Here are a few questions to ask yourself if you're trying to decide whether or not a personal trainer
    is what you need for your workout routine.

    1. Does personal training work for your schedule? 

    2. Are you seeing results?

    3. Do you enjoy your current workouts?

    4. Do you look forward to your next workout session on your own?
       

  5. How do I know if I'm working out right?
    If you are working out properly, your heart rate will tell you that you are. You'll also feel stronger, recover quickly, feel challenged, sleep better, and you're more focused during the day. 
     

  6. How do I know if I'm consuming enough water?
    Here are a few guidelines to follow when you're unsure if you've been drinking enough water.

    • Bring a water bottle with you wherever you go.​

    • Wake up & start drinking water right away. 

    • Have a glass of water with every meal. 

    • Consider how often you use the restroom and whether your urine is clear or light in color.

    • Assess whether or not your bowel movements are comfortable.

    • Your skin bounces right back after the "pinch test".

    • Never go thirsty.
       

  7. How do I know if I'm consuming enough calories?
    Here are signs that you're not eating enough food:

    1. Your weight isn't budging.​

    2. Your blood sugar is on a roller coaster.

    3. Your mood is very unpredictable.

    4. You can't fall asleep or stay asleep.

    5. You're chronically constipated.

    6. You're always cold.
       

  8. What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash and Checks are accepted forms of payment for Personal Training. Electronic funds transfer is accepted for Monthly Memberships.
     

  9. What are your gym hours?
    We are a 24-hour, 7-days a week gym. Personal training is available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
