Nutrition Night

Nutrition Night was a huge success, thanks to Mike Nilson!  We had a great turn out of One On One Fitness members and even some non-members, who later joined that night!  I believe that everyone walked away with new nutrition information on how to change something to benefit their own personal health and nutrition.

 

Mike presented the information flawlessly and had a captive audience!  We surprised him with a donation of over $1,000 for the U-District Foundation, which encourages kids to live healthy lives!


Once again our One On One family pulled through with outstanding support!

One On One feels that healthy eating and food and nutrition are an inseparable part of health and fitness.  To help you in reaching your health and fitness goals, we will continue to offer nutrition information resources.  Don’t hesitate to ask any One On One fitness trainers if you have a specific question about healthy eating!
