STACY

PERSONAL TRAINER
PERSONAL TRAINER

As a trainer, I hold two International Certifications in Kettlebell, Orange Kettlebell Club (OKC) and International Kettlebell Sport and Fitness Academy (IKSFA).

I began personal training at One On One Fitness in 1996. I have learned so much about the importance of exercise and proper nutrition, and have dedicated my career to helping others on their journey to better health. I was introduced to the fundamentals of the Russian Kettlebell, or Girya, in 2011. I believe that there is no single piece of equipment that is so versatile and yields such amazing results in muscular strength, balance, endurance, power, agility, coordination and mental fortitude as the Kettlebell.


In addition to personal training, I also offer individual Introduction to Kettlebell sessions and advanced group Kettlebell sessions

The best part about what I do is that it's never been a job, it's a passion for helping people become the best that they can be. Who wouldn't want the freedom to set your own schedule and help people at the same time? I love what I do!

  • When I'm not working, I love hiking various trails and seeing my grandchildren. 

  • Before becoming a personal trainer, I was a teacher's aid working with mentally and physically handicapped children at Lakeland Junior High School.

  • The one word I would use for One On One Fitness is Family. 

  • Too many proud moments here to count, but I would say the proudest would be our 20th Company Anniversary Party! Woohoo!

  • My favorite workout would be KBs! (Kettle Bells)

MICHELLE

OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER

Being a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist Training has taught me many things. The most important? Not enough people understand the benefits and importance of exercise and proper diet. My goal has been to create a way to educate more people on the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition. 

My favorite part about my job is hearing stories from clients that their "everyday" tasks have become easier. Being able to help people improve their lifestyles, whether it be mind, body or spirit has been something I've enjoyed doing for many years, & it's what made me decide I wanted to be a personal trainer. 

  • I believe that we live in the best part of the United States. The Inland Northwest provides all 4 seasons, mountains lakes & endless opportunity for an infinite number of hobbies & activities.

  • When I'm not working, I enjoy target archery, hiking with my dogs, camping & I love a good movie.

  • Before becoming a personal trainer, I competed in dog agility. I traveled with my dogs throughout the country. 

  • The one word, above all, that I would use to describe One On One Fitness is Friendly. 

  • My proudest moment at One On One Fitness would be taking ownership in 2010. 

  • My favorite workout would be the spontaneous workout. 

 

RACHEL

PERSONAL TRAINER

I am Rachel Rowberry and I am a Certified Personal Trainer at One On One Fitness. I've been personal training since I was 17 years old. I met a body builder who made a huge difference in my life and I wanted to do the same. Pay it forward. Give every client no less than 100%. 

My favorite part about being a personal trainer is being a part of improving and strengthening the lives of the individuals that I work with. It's incredibly fulfilling. 

  • I love the Inland Northwest most because of the seasons and all of the friendly people. 

  • When I'm not in the gym training, I'm honestly usually working out. (I don't consider this work when I'm training myself.) I'm often mountain biking, hiking or out boating with my amazing husband. 

  • I was an Executive Administrative Assistant for a Forensic Economic Firm before I got into Personal Training. 

  • One word for One On One Fitness? Caring. 

  • My favorite workout would be.. All of it!

  • My proudest moment so far has been joining this great team of people!
