Signing the membership agreement means agreeing to a continuous payment plan. This will continue until the buyer terminates the agreement. The buyer may cancel this agreement by sending a written cancellation notice to the gym, thirty days prior to the payment due date on the agreement. This notice must be sent certified mail or hand delivered. All membership due payments must be brought current and all items (property of the gym) must be returned at the time of cancellation.
PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATION
If you are signed up for a personal training session, we require 24 hour notice of cancellation.
LATE PAYMENT AND NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS
Should any monthly payment become fore than 10 days past due, the buyer will be charged a late fee to cover additional administrative expenses and other expenses related to obtaining the payment. A fee will be charged for all returned payments.
